Ace 360 Terms & Conditions — Complete Rules for Using the Platform
Please read these Terms carefully before joining ace 360. They constitute a binding agreement between you and us and apply to your use of all services on the platform.

Acceptance of Terms — When Does This Agreement Take Effect?
By accessing the ace 360 website or application, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. These terms govern your relationship with ace 360 and its parent company, affiliates, and service providers. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to use the platform. ace 360 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice; however, for significant changes, we will endeavor to notify registered users via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
This service is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. If a minor creates an account using false information, that account will be immediately suspended and ace 360 reserves the right to forfeit any deposited funds. Individuals who are prohibited from online gaming or betting under the laws of Bangladesh are not permitted to use this platform.
Account Creation & Security — How to Register?
To create an account on ace 360, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information — including your full legal name, valid email address, phone number, and date of birth. Each individual may hold only one account; if multiple accounts are found under the same person, all of them will be closed and any associated balance may be forfeited. ace 360 may request a copy of your National ID, passport, or other government-issued document for identity verification at any time, and reserves the right to suspend your account if such documents are not provided.
Keeping your account password secure is entirely your responsibility. Sharing your password with anyone is strictly prohibited. You are responsible for all activity carried out on your account, including unauthorized access, unless you notify our support team immediately upon discovery. If you notice any suspicious login activity or unusual account behavior, contact us right away at support@ace360.im. ace 360 will never ask for your password by email or phone — treat any such request as fraudulent.
Regarding account suspension or closure: if ace 360 determines that an account is involved in fraudulent activity, has violated these Terms, or is causing harm to other users, that account may be suspended or closed without prior notice. ace 360 will review the matter and determine whether any remaining balance is eligible for return.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Permitted Use
Ace 360 is provided as an entertainment platform for personal, non-commercial use. You may use the platform to play games, bet on sports events, and participate in lawful recreational activities. It is your sole responsibility to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Bangladesh when using our services. Copying, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content, information, or software on the platform without written permission from ace 360 is strictly prohibited.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination as well as legal action:
- Creating or operating an account using false or misleading information.
- Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
- Using bots, automated scripts, or any technical means to gain an unfair advantage.
- Attempting to breach the platform's security systems or gain unauthorized access to servers.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful financial transactions.
- Threatening, harassing, or defrauding other users.
- Impersonating ace 360 staff or engaging in any fraudulent activity.
Ace 360 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and, where necessary, report it to the relevant authorities. Users are legally and financially responsible for all activities carried out on their accounts.
Payments & Transactions — How to Deposit and Withdraw?
Deposit Policy
All financial transactions on ace 360 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other approved local payment methods. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and will be clearly stated on the platform. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited — only payment methods registered in your own name may be used. If a deposit is delayed due to a technical issue, please contact the support team; resolutions are typically provided within 24 hours.
Withdrawal Policy
Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, and only after identity verification is complete. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days, though additional verification may cause delays. Bonus funds are subject to specific wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn, as outlined in the relevant bonus terms. Withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold if there are unsettled bets or an ongoing investigation. ace 360 reserves the right to decline a withdrawal request if fraud is suspected or verified information has not been provided.
In all financial disputes, ace 360's decision shall be considered final, though users may appeal through the support channels. Additional documentation may be required for large transactions in order to comply with anti-money laundering regulations.
Intellectual Property & Third Parties — What Content Belongs to ace 360?
Intellectual Property
All content published on the ace 360 platform — including logos, graphics, text, software code, game interfaces, design elements, and brand materials — is protected under the intellectual property rights of ace 360 or its licensors. This content may not be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used commercially in any form without written permission from ace 360. Limited use of content for personal, non-commercial purposes is permitted, provided ace 360 is credited as the source. ace 360 reserves the right to take legal action in the event of any intellectual property infringement.
Third-Party Links & Services
Any third-party website or service links found on the ace 360 platform are provided for informational convenience only. ace 360 bears no responsibility for the content, policies, or practices of those third-party websites. Users are advised to read the respective Terms and Privacy Policies of any third-party service before using it. No external party may use ace 360's name, logo, or brand assets without prior authorization. Any intellectual property complaints or third-party disputes may be reported to the ace 360 support team.
Liability, Account Policy & Governing Law
Limitation of Liability
The ace 360 platform is provided on an "as is" basis, with no guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free service. ace 360 shall not be held liable for any service disruptions caused by technical failures, server downtime, network issues, or unforeseen events. ace 360 will not compensate for any financial losses resulting from a user's own decision to play or place bets. Under no circumstances shall ace 360's total liability exceed the user's actual deposited balance at the time of the dispute. Service interruptions caused by power outages, natural disasters, cyberattacks, or government directives will be treated as force majeure, and ace 360 will bear no liability in such cases.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Ace 360 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances: violation of these Terms, fraudulent or deceptive activity, suspected money laundering, failure to complete identity verification, or a directive from a court or government authority. Users with suspended accounts may appeal through the support team, and ace 360 will communicate its decision following an investigation. For permanently closed accounts, if fraud is not established and the balance is deemed legitimate, a refund may be considered. Changes to Terms & Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute should first be raised with the ace 360 support team for resolution through mutual discussion. If no resolution is reached, the matter will be referred to a competent court in Bangladesh. ace 360 reserves the right to amend, modify, or remove any part of these Terms at any time. Updated Terms take effect upon publication on the website, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of those changes.
